The Labyrinth at All Saints bears the image of the medieval labyrinth laid into the floor of Chartres Cathedral in France around 1200.
The Kennedy Courtyard provides an open-air contemplative container for the church's canvas labyrinth.
Walking the twisting path of the labyrinth is a meditative ritual. It can be envisioned as a metaphor reflecting the passage through one's own life with its recurring corners, which must be encountered one step at a time. During the warmer months, we hold regular labyrinth walks on Sunday evenings for small groups. Clergy or staff host these gatherings, along with trained labyrinth facilitators and a guest musician.
