Threads

Clothing Children with Dignity

Threads is a volunteer ministry driven by a desire to provide children in need with clean, well-fitting clothes and footwear. Located in Tate Hall on the All Saints’ campus, Threads serves families referred to us by social service agencies around Atlanta.

With the help of volunteers from All Saints’, we clothe children with dignity by providing an experience that is similar to shopping in a boutique, with a wide variety of attractive clothing options.

An All Saints' Operation

Since opening its doors in 2004, Threads has clothed over 6,000 children! This ministry is almost completely staffed by volunteers. The manager's salary and overhead are contributed by All Saints’ so that 100% of additional financial contributions and donations of new or gently used clothing goes directly to children who need it most.

Marcia Mayfield is the Threads Coordinator.
