Periodically throughout the year, members of the E-Meals ministry gather to prepare meals that are then frozen and then later delivered to parishioners as an expression of love from the parish.

Hi, I'm Denise Funk. The E-Meals ministry grew out of the E-Care prayer community started in 2001 by Mary Jo Bryan, Chris Epperson, Sue Mobley and Fifi Guest.
Volunteers meet a few times a year to prepare and package meals—usually a main dish, a vegetable and a dessert—to keep in the church freezer.
Through E-Care and the clergy, parishioners in need are identified and a volunteer picks up the meal from the church and delivers it to their home. Each meal is labeled with a sticker featuring the All Saints' shield, and the words, "With love from your parish family."
Along with providing delicious meals, the cooking days give volunteers an opportunity to engage in fellowship while supporting this ministry.
Taking food is a timeless gesture of support. Occasionally parishioners say, "Oh, we're fine, give the meal to someone who needs it more than we do." We remind them that it is support and company we want to bring you, not just food!" More often, recipients say how moved they are by the gesture.
I invite you to join me in this ministry. Please click below or call the church office.
