Dear saints,
This Sunday we give thanks for the friendship this church has known among those who first came to this country as refugees. Over the past thirty years the circle of our life as a parish has widened and our appreciation of the transformational power of God’s love deepened because of these friendships. As we express our gratitude for this work may we also focus our prayers and incline our lives toward the many millions in our world who do not know the sanctuary of communities like Clarkston. Though we are many, we are one body.
