Dear saints,
This weekend is something of a family reunion here at All Saints’ with that dynamic duo called Barbara Brown Taylor and Martha Sterne joining me to reflect on the era their lives met on this block. It promises to be a rich conversation—not only about the past but also for the future. Sunday marks the start of a five month series called ‘A Vision for All the Saints’. The idea is that before we turn our attention to what we should do with our block, we will first ask of one another who it is God calls us to be on it through our mission and ministries in the generations to come. We want to hear what your hopes are for All Saints’ as the place where your heart calls its spiritual home. I hope you can join us for this Sunday’s forum, and if you will be elsewhere or at home this weekend, please know that a video recording of the forum will be made available.
