Saturday, October 9 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the Ross Room (lunch will be served outside)

Join peers and friends for a half-day workshop hosted by parishioner Linda Gabbard, executive consultant and professional coach, who will teach and equip participants with practical skills to navigate the pressures of daily life.

Using neuroscience based concepts and tools to build self-command muscles of mind and spirit, this interactive session will illuminate methods for sustaining calm and positivity in our relationships at home and at work as we recognize and lessen stress-causing “Saboteur” voices while strengthening our inner “Sage” potential.

Lunch is provided and will be served outside. Please RSVP (especially with your dietary needs) here.
