Join the Revs. Simon Mainwaring and Natosha Reid Rice in conversation with Dr. Camara Phyllis Jones, as they explore the theme of ‘Health and Equity’ and the kind of social contract Christians in particular are called to co-create with regards to the wellness of all people.
Dr. Jones is a senior fellow at the Morehouse School of Medicine, a 2019-2020 Radcliffe Fellow at the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study at Harvard University, a Past President of the American Public Health Association (2015-2016) and an adjunct professor at the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory.
A family physician and epidemiologist, Dr. Jones has published extensively and her work focuses on addressing the impacts of racism on health and well-being drawing attention to the social determinants of health and equity.
