Celebration of Ministries and Blessing of the Backpacks

We welcome you to festival worship to celebrate the beginning of the program year. We process banners at the beginning of the service to honor each of God's ministries at All Saints'. In addition, at this service, everyone, from newborns to 100-year-olds, can bring their backpack, briefcase, diaper bag and/or computer bag to church with you to be blessed. This tradition marks the start of a new year of learning, loving and following in Jesus’ footsteps. And make sure to grab a Blessing Bag Tag for your bag as you exit the church! Our annual “Back to the Block” celebration follows this service, complete with BBQ and festivities in the courtyard. Community members are welcome so please invite your friends!
