2022 Annual Canvass: Courageous Giving!
Parishioner Greg Cole does courageous work as Executive Director of Emmaus House:
"At All Saints' we put a real emphasis on becoming the Beloved Community—not just for ourselves but for all of Atlanta. Stacy and I make our pledge based on two things: (1) pledging is a spiritual discipline for us and (2) pledging is an investment in God's will to serve this wonderful city. Join us in making your financial commitment today. Thank you!” |
|
|
| Three ways to pledge: - There is a paper pledge card in the Sunday bulletin
- Pledge cards were mailed to the parish several weeks ago.
- Pledge online at allsaintsatlanta.org/pledgecard.

 | Walk the Labyrinth
Walking the twisting path of the labyrinth is a meditative ritual. It can be envisioned as a metaphor reflecting the passage through one’s own life with its recurring corners, which must be encountered one step at a time. |

Dear saints,
Apparently of the many nicknames All Saints’ has had over the years, one of them at one point was "King and Spalding at prayer." As I have thought about that this week I couldn’t help but imagine the same sentiment in reverse: that as their fellow attorneys at K&S watched our parishioners at work might they have said, "that’s All Saints’ in action." It begs a question. What does your faith look like in action? If someone could see the everyday of your life would they suspect that there was a follower of Jesus operating clandestinely in their midst? I hope so, for me included. (When it comes to the clergy, don’t let the uniform fool you.) If any of this piques your interest then do join this Sunday's Faith in the City forum with retired judge Clint Deveaux and All Saints’ parishioner and retired lawyer Jud Graves as they explore the theme of justice and God’s shalom in the city.
How do you want to be known?
Peace, |

Meet Our Seminarians: Rodell Jefferson and Junmey Wang
About Rodell
Rodell is a seminarian at Candler School of Theology. Originally from Detroit, Rodell has also spent time in Providence, Rhode Island, and Los Angeles, California before arriving in Atlanta. When he is not in studies, Rodell enjoys cooking, dancing, taking walks (especially in nature), and anything else that helps him get back into his body. A lover of language, Rodell likes to find poetry in the quiet places and lively conversations of the everyday. If you are ever in need of a calming presence, or someone to wonder with, Rodell is here to be with you.
About Junmey
Junmey is a second-year student of Divinity at Candler School of Theology. Born and raised in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, she is an international student who has spent time in Pennsylvania and California—and is now here in Atlanta! A faithful advocate for—and practitioner of—leisure, you can often find her basking in the sun, and with nature. Junmey also enjoys learning different ways of working with her hands, being with people, making food and eating it in good company. |
