Dear saints,

Blessings to you all during these final days of Advent. I pray that you have found moments during this busy time to gain a sense of the love that draws us all toward the manger this Christmas Eve.

Sunday's celebration of the incarnation will be filled with glorious music, a spectacular display of flowers, words of hope and wonder, and most of all our church will be filled with many of you who will gather as the saints in this place.

May you know the birth of the light of hope in your life this Christmas time, wherever you may be, and may that blessing be one you will offer back to the world with generosity and grace.

A very merry Christmas to you all,

Welcome to Christmas at All Saints' Atlanta from our Rector, The Rev. Dr. Simon Mainwaring

Photo(s) of the Week

The zenith of our Advent season arrived this past Sunday, when the children of All Saints' led our 9:00 a.m. service with the annual Christmas Pageant followed by a Cookie Reception in Ellis Hall! The children were led by our Director of Children and Youth Choirs, Karol Kimmell, and our Director of Children's Ministries, Kathy Roberts. Our young people told the story of Christmas, complete with Mary, Joseph, the three wise men, an adorable baby Jesus and impeccable narrators!

All Saints' Atlanta Outdoor Christmas Caroling 2023

Then, on Wednesday evening, our parish migrated across West Peachtree Street to serenade our neighbors in Midtown with Outdoor Christmas Caroling at the North Avenue MARTA station. We sang holiday classics like "Hark the Herald Angels Sing," "Joy to the World," "Go Tell It on the Mountain" and "Jingle Bells"! We followed that festive fun up with a reception in Ellis Hall where we enjoyed holiday goodies and hot chocolate!

Our community looks forward to you joining us for upcoming services and events throughout the holiday season! For more on our events in our parish and services throughout the year, please visit us online at allsaintsatlanta.org/calendar!
