Dear saints,
Greetings from Toronto, Canada, where I have been this week attending the spring board meeting of the Compass Rose Society, a fundraising body that supports the work of the Anglican Church around the world. It is always a gift to be reminded that we belong to a worldwide family and this weekend I will be with one of that family with the good people of St. Paul's Bloor Street, and Anglican church in downtown Toronto and part of the Anglican Church of Canada. I'm eager to learn about their ministries in worship and community building, and bring lessons learned back home to Midtown. Such is the life we share as the church far and wide, encountering the risen Christ in friend and stranger.
Blessings to you for Eastertide and I will look forward to seeing you next Sunday.
Peace,
