Vacation Bible School

Vacation Bible School is offered each year in June. This fun time together with a special theme is staffed by parent volunteers and youth of the parish as counselors. It is open to children who are rising K-5th graders.

2019 Vacation Bible School: Roar! Life is Wild. God is Good.

Monday through Friday, June 10—14, 9:30 a.m.—12:30 p.m.
Join Children’s Ministries for a roaring adventure with God! Along the way, children will discover that even though life gets wild, God is good. Roar is filled with incredible Bible-learning experiences to see, hear, touch, and even taste! There will be science experiments, team-building games, cool Bible songs, and tasty treats to help faith flow into real life.

There are many spots available on our safari for volunteers. Come along with our children and help make this program a success. Your time and presence with the children in VBS is a wonderful experience for you as well as it is to them!

Sign up for this year’s Vacation Bible School here.

Childcare is available after VBS from 12:30—5:00 p.m., if needed.

Rome_LogoROME: Paul and the Underground Church
This summer, your kids will be surrounded with the sights, sounds, and smells of first-century Rome. Your children won’t just hear about Bible events – they’ll experience them! They’ll mingle through a crowded Roman marketplace, learn with the Apostle Paul, tiptoe past Roman guards to a hidden cave where they’ll pray with first-century Christians who eagerly await news from their imprisoned friend – the Apostle Paul. There will be Roman crafts, foods from the culture, games and dramas to act out the Bible stories. And as always, there will be a component of service to others: As we learn about the aqueducts and clean water, we will be collecting change to send the gift of life-giving water to kids in some of Peru’s most remote areas. Rome – where kids explore God’s love, live God’s love and feel God’s love!
