A Note From the Rector
Dear Saints,
This Sunday we will have our Annual Parish Meeting, our opportunity as a community to take stock of the year of ministry we have had and to look ahead to the work God calls us to in this time and place. During that meeting, you will hear from the Treasurer and from your Senior Warden, as they lay out for you the financial health of our parish and give thanks for the many parishioners who make All Saints' the thriving and vibrant church that we are. I will be laying out my vision for our mission for the year ahead, and beyond, as the six new vestry members who will be elected at the meeting join me and the current vestry members as partners in leadership at All Saints'. There is so much to be thankful for and to be excited about our strengths today and our promise for the time ahead. I do hope that you will be able to join us, and I invite you to continue to hold our parish in prayer as we seek to serve God and our neighbor through all that we strive to attain together.

"True Grit: Why Resiliency is So Important to Teach to and Nurture in Our Kids" with Kathy Roberts Sunday, April 7, 6:00 p.m.,
Gould Room at The Cathedral of St. Philip Our own Director of Children's Ministries, Kathy Roberts, will be the guest speaker during this Sunday's Raising Youth Series at The Cathedral of St. Philip. She will discuss how over-protection, helicopter parenting, and smoothing out the bumps in children's lives can cause them to lose confidence in their own skills and become easily discouraged. Instead, parents can learn a new way (or an old way!) to encourage kids to live independently, confidently, and resiliently. Learn about how parenting got to this place and how we can chart a better path forward. If you'd like to attend, please RSVP to Maggie Paul at mpaul@cathedralATL.org.
