A Note From the Rector
Dear Saints,
This is a season for us to learn together about the remarkable changes happening around us in Midtown, and in metro-Atlanta beyond. As more and more people come to our part of the city for work and to make home, we wish to learn from all that is happening in our neighborhood to prepare ourselves for what the future of our own block might look like for the years to come. Starting this Sunday, March 17th at 10:20am in Ellis Hall, with a forum led by Future of Our Block steering committee members, we will explore as a parish the rapidly changing face of Midtown, its needs and aspirations, and the opportunities for mission and growth that lie ahead of us as a church community. You will hear on Sunday how Midtown is increasingly being seen as a hub of innovation, hosting a concentration of highly talented professionals, and that our location on North Avenue and West Peachtree places us at the heart of one of the most exciting square miles in urban America. I do hope that you will be able to join us as we embark on this journey to learn together. Your voice and your part in this community matters, and we are richer for all that each person brings to our life together.
Peace,
|

Subsequent meetings are currently scheduled to take place on May 19, September 29, and November 24.
