 Rector
A Note From the Rector

Dear Saints,

This Sunday we will gather again within the waters of baptism. We will remember our own, celebrate with some soon to be baptized children, and recall with one another how our search for God begins in the heart, in you and in me, amid all our failure and hurt, and our joy and longing. The way of the heart calls forth an inward and outward journey, as has been the experience of the holy land pilgrims who returned with me to Atlanta this week, and whose pilgrimage experience I will seek to share at a Rector's Forum this Sunday morning.

As a nation, we continue to celebrate the diversity of our inward and outward life as a people made in God's beloved image, and as part of that, at All Saints' this Black History Month you are welcome to continue to learn from the witness of theologian and mystic Howard Thurman in our Sunday School series which examines his legacy.

Wherever your own journeying has taken you these past few weeks, I look forward to seeing you back on the block this weekend.

Peace,

 ThisSunday
