Announcements Request Form

Please use this form to request a public announcement for publication in the Sunday bulletin, Friday E-News, the News & Events web page, and the All Saints’ Monthly. Space is limited, so please be concise, keeping the announcement to about 100 words or less.

Space Reservation:
Events on the All Saints’ campus require space reservation before requesting an announcement. To reserve a space, contact Pat Kiley at 404-267-4265 or patkiley@allsaintsatlanta.org, or call the church office at 404-881-0835. Please note that our campus and buildings are currently closed due to the pandemic.

Publication Deadlines:

  • Sunday Bulletins: Friday at 5:00 p.m. (nine days prior to the Sunday bulletin)
  • Friday E-News and the News & Events web page: Fridays at 5:00 p.m. (one week prior to the Friday E-News)
  • All Saints’ Monthly: the last day of two months prior (example: September 30 for November Monthly, October 31 for December Monthly, etc.)

Please be advised that all submissions are subject to staff review and editing as a condition for release in All Saints’ publications and other media. We only publish news and events that are related to the All Saints’ community. We typically run each announcement in the bulletin for three weeks.
