Wednesday Night Supper

We are excited to break bread again together on Wednesday evenings, starting September 1, 2021! We are committed to keeping everyone safe, so Wednesday evenings will look slightly different than they did pre-COVID. We'll spend more time outside! Here's the plan:

  • Each Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. we'll have homework stations and tables with board games set up in Ellis Hall (with three feet of space between kids) for families with children attending choir rehearsals. Families can also gather and socialize outside under the tent in Kennedy Courtyard. We will have individually packaged snacks!
  • Then from 5:00-7:00 p.m. dinner for all ages will be served outside under the tent in Kennedy Courtyard. You are also welcome to bring a blanket or towel to have a picnic on the lawn!
  • The cost is $11 per adult and $5 per child. Currently there is no pre-registration; please pay by credit card when you arrive.

  • In accordance with our COVID-19 protocols, in all indoor spaces everyone is required to wear a mask. While outside, all groups engaged in a stationary activity such as singing or artwork that include children under 12 should wear masks and maintain three feet distance between one another. Food and drinks may only be consumed outside and masks may be taken off during meal times.

Please do not attend if:
  • You have had a fever (temperature of 100.4 °F or greater) or any symptoms of COVID-19 in the past 3 days. Click here to view a list of symptoms.
  • You have been exposed to anyone with these symptoms or anyone who may themselves have been exposed to someone with COVID-19.
  • You have any health concerns about attending.
  • You are not willing to accept a level of personal health risk in attending.
Several factors have been identified that increase the risk of severe disease in people who develop COVID-19, including older age and a host of underlying medical conditions. Please review the information on the CDC website here and/or consult your healthcare provider if you have questions about your potential risks for contracting severe COVID-19.
