 Rector
A Note From the Rector

Dear Saints,

We meet once more this Sunday to remember and honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Dr. King's legacy is a multi-faceted gift, for our city and for the nation beyond. This year, our preacher-teacher on Sunday will be Greg Cole, the Executive Director of Emmaus House, just down the road in Peoplestown, Atlanta. The work of Emmaus House reminds us of Dr. King's work in his last years to combat poverty, a facet of our local and national life that still draws us up short in our hopes for God's kingdom for God's people on earth. I invite you to join us on the block this weekend, seeking inspiration to find your own way to build God's beloved community this coming week and in the year ahead. Blessings to you all.

Peace,
